Anugerah Pentadbir Gemilang Universiti Putra Malaysia 2025
The Universiti Putra Malaysia Administrative Officers Association (PPUPM) will be organizing the Anugerah Pentadbir Gemilang Universiti Putra Malaysia 2025 to recognize administrators who demonstrate excellence, innovation, and integrity in strengthening the university’s management and achievements.
Participation is open to all UPM administrators under the service schemes A, B, C, F, G, J, K, L, N, Q, S, U & W, with permanent or contract status, for the assessment period of 2023–2025.
Important Dates
Submission Period: 7 October – 7 November 2025
Evaluation Period: 10 – 21 November 2025
Interview Session: 8 – 19 December 2025
Award Presentation: February 2026 (in conjunction with the PPUPM Annual General Meeting)
Award Categories
Premier Administrator Awards: Administrator Icon, Distinguished Administrator, Outstanding Young Administrator
Anugerah Perdana Pentadbir: Community Service, ICT Innovation, Creative Governance, Sports, Writing & Research (Science and Social Science)
All applicants are required to submit the online application form along with verified supporting documents. Winners will receive a trophy and a certificate, while all participants will be awarded a certificate of participation.
